Well, winter has definitely gotten down to South Carolina. Yesterday on the way inside at school, I felt like I was actually being pushed around by the cold. Trust me, it feels weird. So yeah, it's pretty cold out here, with everyone complaining all the time.

But my house is a tempertaute war-zone. In some rooms it's just a bit cool. Some are completely closed off, so you walk into one and the heat hits you like a wave. It isn't even humid, just hot. And of course, there is a room or two that are so cold. No reason, but nobody ever goes into the play room in the back of the room. It is plain frigid.

My toes are notorious for poor blood flow. This is the time of the year that I have to make sure I don't get frostbite, or gangrene or something aweful. At least two of my toes are perpetually numb and blue. This makes swimming interesting, of course. Birthday on the 30th, by the way. Whee!

I have a suggestion. Wear thick socks! Knee-high socks are my favorite for winter. LOL. You don't have to shave and they keep your legs and feet warm. Well, just kidding about the shaving part. But yeah, you can buy socks that are extra thick. I use them for rollarblading because rollarblades tend to hurt my feet, and thick socks protect them. They should do the trick. ;) No wearing sandals and t-shirts like Roo. Lmao. Our bible teacher asked him if he was from Canada.

my mom has the same problem with the heat not getting to all the rooms equally. in the summer, my mom's room is nice and cold, and my sister's is like there's a heater in there; its unfortunately the same way in the winter. my ma's room, she calls is an icebox and avoids it most of the day. Unless she's got a big comfy robe.
My feet are always cold too, socks definately work.

If all else fails, there is always the hair dryer. :P (I use mine to keep my bald budgie warm)

Bah!
My hands are always cold...and very purple. Either that or they''rey fiery red. And hot. Maybe I'm an alien.

P.S. Lol I just realized the title you used for your Friends Module is acronymed "PMS". Yeah I'm wondering why I notice these things too XD

My toes and hands are also always cold, no matter what I have on them. Worse on the left side. Of course I have always been told that my fingernails are not normal either. Mine grow away from the skin instead of against the skin.

Well... there isn't really a point. I was just recording my birds doing random stuff.

Oh no! Poor mice! We don't like having them either, but I don't like killing them. If my cat does it, that's fine, but if it's a face-off between the mouse and I, the mouse will win. For now. :p

But it's not my house, it's Dave's, and I don't think anyone particularly cares to have a dead mouse about.

No, exams suck those creepy little half formed chicks inside the fertilized eggs.

Haha.... Random, you know? :P
» randomjunk on 2006-12-11 11:54:42

That's so odd...
I'm the exact opposite. My hands and feet are ALWAYS hot. People often complain about how sweaty my hands always are. And even when I sleep, I wrap myself up completely except for my feet.
