I just love to complain. Gotta do something about that.

Write your complaints down on paper (preferably something like junk mail envelopes etc.) and then tear them up. Or you could burn them if you're into that...

That way you can get it out of your system, but you're not bothering anyone.

I'm working on it too. I took a jump rope trip to Ohio in November-early December and it taught me a few things about complaining. I'd like to think my complainer's syndrome has lessened because of it, but only time will tell.
