I was digging through an old folder and I found some of my earlier art works, dating all the way back to 2004. Since then, I've stopped playing with Microsoft Paint, and my tinkerings go into the folders they came from (they're usually based on photographs).

This is only the most interesting of the bunch. I had an affinity for colors and smiley faces, way back when. Haha.












I thought of this pattern in 8th grade one day, went home, and made this over the summer. Line by line. Click for full size.

I used to be obsessed with Digimon too... at a much younger age of course, back when it was a Saturday morning cartoon. And then they kept featuring characters from the first season in the 2nd season and then I would get nostalgia-induced depression for a little bit because I missed them too :(

WOAH. That one with the lines is like a freaking mandala. Probably took as long to make, too. Holy cow... really... people say that the digital generation doesn't have patience. You've just got to youtube MS Paint and you'll see the hours of concentrated effort that people spend making something awesome.

My favorite is the one with the two arrows, of course. AWWWW.
